你說的是有很多的外因,就是外界的干擾。對於打坐的人來說,沒有外界的干擾,關鍵看你會利用不會利用。比如說,來了很多人,很多朋友,你們聚會怎麼的,然後你告訴大家,我現在困得很,想睡一覺,然後你就坐在那裏,假裝睡眠,你就儘管睡,在睡覺的過程中,你能體驗到睡眠來了、昏沉來了,體驗昏沉來之後,這時候你開始悄悄的起觀。

You are talking about many external factors, which are external interferences. For practitioner, there is no external interference. The key is whether you can make use of it or not. For example, many people, many friends, come to a party, and then you tell everyone that you are very sleepy and want to take a nap. Then you sit there and pretend to sleep. Just sleep.
